Procrastination... thy name is Mel...
Another two hours go by...and my paper isn't anywhere in existence. :P Why? Some things called AIM and food lol...

For the record, Dr. Pepper Red Fusion tastes like diluted Dr. Pepper — in other words, YUCK still, albeit slightly less medicinal and foul haha... I only tried it because I thought it'd be like Mountain Dew Code Red, which is hella good :) even though I despise Mountain Dew — "which can be mistaken for coolant" according to my bro... thank you, Leon — no, he is *not* a porn star!!! ;P — I couldn't have said it better myself :) appearance or taste-wise lol...

Eating happy biscuits/scones made by me and Josephine — who is the best person I've cooked with! :) — last night. Plain, raisin, and chocolate mint hehe... I thought Chef Lonely Heart had made her last appearance for a while, but I've discovered that I really really enjoy cooking — it's therapeutic when you're depressed or stressed because you get to whack/smack/break things and thereby get out your negative energy... and then in the end you've got something to eat and for other people to eat so you make yourself some comfort food and you make others smile, too — how could life get better than that? :) Two-for-one, baby! But making things when you're feeling good is really enjoyable for me, too... because food has always been one of the easiest expressions of my emotions and so I always want to feed the people I love :) I shove food down your throat 'cuz I care lol... not because I'm trying to fatten you up for me to eat you, contrary to popular belief ;)

And now because I know some people complain... I'd really like to know if I annoy you w/ my frequent use of smiley faces :) "No one can be that happy all the time" lol... Here's a little convo w/ Ed, whose first contact w/ me was as the poor victim of my "ewwww" ;) Sucks to be a guy Mel doesn't know! hehe... Thankfully, we've spoken since then lol...

Use of smiley faces earns you props w/ me :) As long as they're not unbelievably annoying hehe... but that is certainly in the eye of the beholder, isn't it? So really... I'd like your honest opinion on whether or not you find my use of them annoying. Anyone who's talked to me online knows that I'm a smiley freak and I use "lol" and "laf" a ton as well... hell, just look at any of my LJ posts :) They're also a good indicator of my mood — I'll use them pretty much regardless, but if I'm severely upset they'll be nonexistent...

And to round out my procrastination ... a funny little bit about Fanime and cosplaying... :)
